An interesting headline for sure. I have to wonder what they have in store with quotes like this:

“Before it launches, it will have to be legal,” Kelly said. “And it will be top-tier content, not unheard-of bands you see now with most of the subscription services.”

Can someone explain to me why the major record labels are going to license Roxio their top tier content when they won’t license it to the “subscription” services they have an ownership interest in? Any thoughts?
