I’d love to check one of these out. An OQO handheld computer. Bowen has been looking for something like this for a long time. Are you watching Bowen? Anyways I’m not endorsing this yet, I wonder what Engadget or Gizmodo have to say about it…

This team just raised a $20 million dollar series D on the promise of demand for these little computers. Specifically called out is demand in government agencies.

Some partial specs:

• 1GHz processor
• 30GB hard drive
• 512MB of RAM
• Color transflective display
• Integrated wireless (Wifi and Bluetooth)
• FireWire port
• USB port

At 4.9 inches long, 3.4 inches wide, 0.9 inches thin, and weighing only 14 ounces it’s pretty small. Think “fat” passport.
